Transplant medicine relies on drones

"Transferring donors' biological material quickly and safely is essential".

This sentence, accompanied by a picture of our Q4T quadrotor model, is the end of the article in La Stampa, dedicated to a very interesting new project.

Mavtech is very excited to be part of the "INDOOR, usING Drones fOr Organ tRansportation" project, thanks to which it will be able to collaborate with the Fondazione D.O.T. (Donazione Organi e Trapianti), the CRT (Centro Regionale Trapianti), Politecnico di Torino, the Università degli Studi of Turin and the ProS3 company.

In transplant medicine, the transport of biological material and donor organs is an important aspect.

The aim of this project is to set up various experiments for the use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems in this sector, with a view to envisaging scenarios that combine greater efficiency with cost reduction.
