Our Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the personal data we process, the purposes for which it is processed, and your rights as a data subject, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).

  • Website access data: data such as IP, date, time, and duration of access are collected and stored by our hosting provider to fulfill legal obligations [Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR]. This data will only be accessible upon request by the competent authorities or for the exercise of legitimate rights.
  • Google Analytics: our website uses Google Analytics service, which may collect, use, and process browsing data to generate anonymous statistics. Your IP address, which could be used to identify you, is anonymized immediately after collection. Since this data is anonymized, it is not considered personal data [Art. 4(1) of the GDPR].
  • Submitted data: we may collect, store, and use personal information voluntarily sent by you via email, messaging, social media, or the contact form on the website to respond to inquiries and maintain contact, based on our legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR]. For data submitted through third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, LinkedIn), their respective privacy policies also apply.
  • Sending informational and promotional emails: we may send emails regarding the presentation and promotion of our products and services, including invitations to events and seminars. The sending may be done with your consent [Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR] or based on our legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR], with the aim of promoting our activities and strengthening our relationship with customers, suppliers, partners, and other contacts. The sending may occur via company emails (domain mavtech.eu) or specialized platforms, subject to their respective policies. If you do not wish to receive our messages, no problem: just reply to the same e-mail requesting the removal of your contact from our list.
  • Images and information of external events and activities: we may collect, store, and disclose photos, names, professions, and other information of third parties who interact with us during external activities. This processing occurs based on our legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR] to promote business activities. If you wish to request the removal of content, please contact us through our communication channels, and we will respond as soon as possible.

By providing us with any personal data, you agree to use truthful and complete information, not to send third-party data without authorization, and not to share sensitive data unless necessary.

In the event that you violate these rules or applicable legislation, we may use the data collected to exercise our rights in administrative, legal, or arbitration proceedings and to fulfill the requests of the competent authorities [Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c) of the GDPR].

The GDPR guarantees you the following rights:

  • Request your personal data processed by us [Art. 15(1) of the GDPR];
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data [Art. 16 of the GDPR];
  • Request the deletion of your data in certain circumstances [Art. 17 of the GDPR];
  • Limit the use of your data [Art. 18 of the GDPR];
  • Receive your data in a structured format to transfer it to another provider [Art. 20 of the GDPR];
  • Object to data processing based on legitimate interests [Art. 21 of the GDPR];
  • Not to be subject to automated decisions, including the creation of profiles without human intervention [Art. 22 of the GDPR];
  • File a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the supervisory authority in Italy[Art. 77 of the GDPR].

We adopt internal technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or breaches. Furthermore, we strive to collaborate only with providers who ensure compliance with the GDPR and require them to implement the same level of security that we apply internally. If you become aware of vulnerability or security flaw, please inform us immediately.
