Drone Live Operations Days: Technology for Real-World Challenges

On 24–25 September, MAVTech, in collaboration with Info Solution, hosted the Drone Live Operations Days at the Swiss Drone Competence Center in Lodrino (TI). The event brought together professionals, technology experts, and industry representatives for two days dedicated to the real-world applications of drones and advanced robotic solutions.

Across three thematic areas, participants experienced live operational demonstrations and discovered innovative technologies:

Agriculture & Green Spaces

From drones equipped with OGI sensors for gas leak detection, tethered drones for emergency communications, and ground-based robotic solutions, to applications in inspection, monitoring, and public safety, the event demonstrated how emerging technologies are already addressing real-world operational challenges.

Data Security at the Core: A key element of all these operations is data sovereignty. As MAVTech designs, develops and manufactures drones in Italy, all collected and analyzed data remains strictly local and secure, avoiding the severe data-sharing risks often associated with non-European platforms.
